About the Course
Our workshop examines strategies to help participants excel in Assessment Centres (AC). ACs test for a wide range of skills, competencies and character/personality traits. The AC is an increasingly popular mode of interview used widely by MNCs as part of the selection process for Graduate/Management Associate Programmes.
Objective
Our workshop aims to:
Provide up-to-date information on types of content in ACs, including common assessment activities and what they test for
Highlight important things to note, values, competencies and behaviours that employers look out for in an MA candidate
Conduct mock practice sessions in unique assessment activities, case presentations and individual mock interviews
